低血糖生成指数食物InZone对代谢综合征者代谢性指标的影响

The Effect of the InZone of Glycopenia Generating Index Food on Metabolism Index of Metabolism Symptom Complex

目的:观察低血糖生成指数营养补充剂InZone对代谢综合征者血糖、血脂指标的作用。方法:31例处于代谢综合征前期者,对其饮食和生活习惯不做任何干预,于饭前加服食品补充剂InZone。干预84d,对受试者的血脂指标进行观测。分别于0d、28d、84d测量其血脂的变化。结果:TC、HDL、LDL等血脂指标均得到改善(P>0.05)。结论:采用低血糖生成指数食品补充剂InZone与正常膳食混合后,可降低饮食的GI值、必需营养素得以且食物中营养素的配比合理,使人体血糖应答保持较低的水平,从而诱导较低的胰岛素水平,达到改善人体代谢,调节人体脂质代谢的作用。

Objective ： To observe the effect of InZone of glycopenia generating index nutritional replenisher to blood sugar and blood fat in metabolism symptom complex patients. Methods： 31 cases of protophase metabolism symptom complex were not any intervention in drink and food and living habit except eating food supplement InZone before meal. The subjects＇ blood fat were detected after 4 and 12 weeks. Results： the TC, HDL and LDL were amelioration. Conclusion： the InZone could cut down the GI value of food when mixed with common food. The reasonable matching nutrients in food could keep the low level of blood sugar responder and lead low level of insulin to improve human body metabolism and regulate the body fat metabolism.
