Treating the Body Disease Complicating Anxiety-Depressive Disorder in Pills for Invigorating the Kidney and Cultivating Blood

目的:观察滋肾养血丸对躯体疾病伴焦虑抑郁障碍的疗效。方法:临床确诊躯体疾病伴焦虑抑郁障碍患者248例随机分组,滋肾养血丸组218例,多塞平组30例,分别治疗28d。结果:滋肾养血丸组和多塞平组显效率分别是65.5%和40%(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾养血丸对躯体疾病伴发焦虎抑郁障碍有较好疗效。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of pills for invigorating the kidney and cultivating blood to treat the body disease complicating anxiety-depressive disorder. Methods： 248 cases of the body disease complicating anxiety-depressive disorder were randomly divided into pills for invigorating the kidney and cultivating blood group（218 cases） and doxepin group（30 cases）. Treat times were 28 days. Results： the excellence rate was 65.5% and 40% （P 〈0. 01 ） in pills for invigorating the kidney and cultivating blood group and doxepin group. Conclusion： the pills for invigorating the kidney and cultivating blood have the better effect to treat the body disease complicating anxiety-depressive disorder.
