中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

The Clinical Research of Combination of Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Treated

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:90例确诊患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例,采用抗生素配合盆炎方口服、灌肠;对照组30例,单纯用抗生素治疗;两组均1个月经周期为1疗程,3疗程后评价疗效。结果:两组有效率分别为90.00%、73.33%,经比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效满意,且方法简单、费用低廉、无明显毒副作用,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of combination of Chinese medicine with Western medicine to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods ： 90 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into treatment and control group. The treatment group was treated in antibiotics and prescription for pelvic inflammatory disease and the control treated in antibiotics. The 1 course of treatment was 1 menstrual cycle and the curative effect was evaluated after 3 courses of treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment and 73.33% in the control（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： There was satisfactional curative effect in combination of Chinese medicine with Western medicine to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. It was simple method and cost cheap and no obviously side effect.
