穴位加位点药物注射治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Cerebral Palsy Dribbling Treated with the Points Plusing Injection of Drug in Site

目的:观察穴位加位点药物注射对脑瘫患儿流涎症的临床疗效。方法:对130例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,各65例,分别采用穴位加位点(大脑皮层功能定位在头皮部的投射区)药物注射方法和综合康复治疗两种方法。疗程结束前后均采用教师流涎分级法(TDS)进行疗效评价。结果:穴位加位点药物注射法和综合康复法比较,治疗后有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:穴位加位点药物注射法可以显著提高脑瘫患儿流涎的疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the points plusing injection of drug in site to treat cerebral palsy dribbling. Methods： 130 cases of cerebral palsy were randomly divided into 2 groups. The points plusing injection of drug in site and the general rehabilitation methods were used in the study. The TDS was used to evaluate the curative effect before and after treatment. Results： there was significant difference between the points plusing injection of drug in site and general rehabilitation treatment（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： the method of the points plusing injection of drug in site had the function to raise the curative effect to treat cerebral palsy dribbling.
