摘要
在钢板开卷机、汽车大梁辊压生产线和大口径螺旋焊管线等多电机转矩平衡调速系统中,一般采用公共速度环法实现转矩平衡控制。深入讨论了在上述系统中运用公共速度环法的不足之处,提出了基于转矩给定限幅的转矩平衡控制调速系统设计思路;同时,以在大口径螺旋焊管线中成功运用全数字直流调速装置,实现转矩平衡控制调速系统为例,详细介绍了基于转矩给定限幅的双电机转矩平衡控制调速系统实施方案,给出了系统框图和通信方法。长期运行结果表明,该控制方案安全、可靠,能很好地满足生产工艺的要求。
The method of common speed loop is generally applied to realize the control of torque balance in electromotor torque balance speed-regulation systems such as unwinding coiler of steel plate, the production line of rolled steel longeron of vehicles and large-sizod spiral welded pipe. It is thoroughly discussed the shortcoming and limita- tions of the method of common speed loop in these systems and put forward the idea of torque balance control speed- regulation system, based on torque setpoint limit. Meanwhile, it is also illustrated the implementation scheme of the control system of torque balance of double electromotor and the system chart and communication method, with the successful using of all digital DC regulation devices to realize the control of speed-regulation system of torque balance in large-sizod spiral welded pipelines as an example. The long-term practice indicates that this control method is safe, reliable and can well satisfy the requirements in production.
