摘要 创业能力的培养过程,是从显性知识到隐性知识的转化过程。而产学研合作在创业能力的培养上有独到优势,同时也有利于学校发展与企业的技术进步及二次创业。通过对国内外的产学研合作培养模式的分析,认为双元制模式、教学工厂模式、校企联合办学模式等有利于培养学生的创业能力。 The process of the training of the entrepreneurial ability is a process from the explicit knowledge to tacit knowledge.There are unique advantages for entrepreneurial ability training in the combination of production,education and academy,which are also good for school development and technological progress and secondary development of the industry.Through the comparative analysis between domestic and international cooperation models,it is concluded that the dual-mode system,teaching factory model and the model of the cooperation of school and industry are good to cultivate student's entrepreneurial ability.
