金融危机冲击下云南经济可持续增长

Sustainable Development of Economy in Yunnan under the Impact of Financial Crisis

国际金融危机对中国的实体经济产生了较大冲击。与国内其他地区相比,云南省的经济结构具有明显的地域和禀赋特征。从扩大需求保增长角度,分析金融危机对云南省消费需求和投资需求以及省外需求的影响、中央和云南省已出台的扩大内需政策效应、进一步扩大内需还需要增加的投资规模。通过分析发现云南省实体经济受国际金融危机影响的重点领域,并据此提出应对思路和政策建议。

International financial crisis has made great impact on the real economy of China. Compared with other regions in China, the economic structure of Yunnan has obvious regional and endowment characteristics. From the angle of expanding demand and maintaining steady growth, the paper analyzes the influence of financial crisis on the consumption demand, investment demand, and the demand of other provinces. Besides, the efficiency of the policy of expanding domestic demand proposed by the central government and Yunnan province, and the investment scale needs to be improved to further expand domestic demand are analyzed as well. The authors try to find out the important fields of the real economy in Yunnan influenced by international crisis, and give some countermeasures and policy suggestions.
