体育仲裁第三方当事人问题研究

Research on the Problems of the Third Parties in Sports Arbitration

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法探讨了体育仲裁中的第三方当事人问题,指出要制订出比较完善的体育仲裁制度,应该结合我国的国情、我国体育事业发展的实际状况、国际体育仲裁规则以及奥运会仲裁的实践。

In this paper, the problems of the third person in sports dispute are discussed by using the methods of literature and logical analysis. The conclusion is that a perfect sports arbitration system should be based on the combination of China＇s national conditions, the actual development of China＇s sports, the international sports arbitration rules and the arbitration practice of the Olympic Games.
