灰色关联投影法在区域公路交通发展状况综合评价上的应用

Application of Grey Correlated Projection Method in Intergral Evaluation on Level of Local Road Development

采用灰色关联投影法,考虑公路交通事故状况、公路里程、旅客和货物的周转量、公路运输汽车拥有量等多方面因素,通过对2006年相关统计数据的分析,对华东地区的江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、江西、山东等6个省份的公路交通发展状况进行了综合评价,可为政府决策部门加强协调与管理、促进公路交通的发展提供一定的决策依据。

In this paper,through grey correlated projection model,in consideration of various factors as the situation road traffic accident,mileage of road,turnover of passengers and cargoes,quantity of automobile in road traffic,correlative statistical figures were analyzed in 2006,the level of road development was evaluated in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,Fujian,Jiangxi and Shandong Provinces in the East of China.The result of evaluation shows some scientific bases can help government sector to strengthen harmony and management,accelerate road development.
