楂佩莪棱汤治疗血脂异常60例

Treatment of 60 Cases of Dyslipidemia with Zhapeieleng Decoction

目的 观察楂佩莪棱汤治疗血脂异常的临床疗效。方法 将血脂异常患者120例随机分为两组各60例，治疗组服用楂佩莪棱汤，1剂／d；对照组服用血脂康胶囊，2粒／次，2次/d，两组均治疗2月为1个疗程。结果 治疗组临床疗效及降低血清总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—c）的作用明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论 楂佩莪棱汤治疗血脂异常有良效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhapeieleng Decoction in the treatment of Dyslipidemia. Methods 120 cases of Dyslipidemia were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Zhapeieleng Decoction, one dosage per day. The control group was treated with Xuezhikang Capulse,two pills for each time ,two times daily. Both groups were treated for one course of treatment of two months.Results Results： the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly decreased than the control group by lowering the levels of total cholesterol （TC） ,triglyceride （TG） and low-densitylipoprotein （LDL-C）, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Conclusion： Zhapeieleng Decoction is effective in treating Dyslipidemia, it＇s worth being farther studied.
