本文在明确中医图书馆联盟发展关键及建设意义的基础上，分析了联盟构建的目标——联机合作编目、文献传递及联机公共检索，探讨了联盟建设的对策，指出了中医药专业图书馆联盟发展趋势。

This paper discussed key factors and significations of development and construction of professional traditional Chinese medical library alliance. The targets of establishing the alliance is to provide on-line cooperative catalogue, documents exchange and OPAC （online public access catalog）, the prescription of the alliance construction, and the latest trend of the alliance. The paper also explored the policy for constructing library alliance and put forward the developing treads of this alliance.
