摘要
以高铁脱硫渣为原料,采取酸浸、除杂和结晶等工艺制备出99%以上硫酸亚铁晶体。研究了酸浸过程中硫酸浓度、浸取温度、时间对铁浸出率的影响,分析了各个影响因素的规律性。结果表明:适宜的浸取条件为硫酸溶液质量分数为25%,在70℃下,不断搅拌浸取6h。固液分离后调节硫酸亚铁溶液pH:1~2,在70qc下蒸发浓缩结晶,即可得到99%以上硫酸亚铁晶体。
Using desulfurization slag with high iron as raw material to make ferrous sulfate with purity over 99% by acid leaching, purifying and crystalizing. The effects of concentration of sulfuric acid, temperature and time on acid leaching process were studied, and the regularity of these affecting factors was analyzed. The results showed that appropriate leaching conditions are as follows: sulfuric acid concentration is 25% , temperature is at 70 ℃ , stirring constantly for 6 h. During the crystalizing process, pH of ferrous sulfate solution was adjusted to the range of one to two, and the ferrous sulfate crystals with over 99% were obtained by evaporation.
