摘要
针对海洋石油平台建造中传统制管焊接工艺存在的工序多、焊材用量大、噪声大、效率低等问题,设计开发出了大钝边无间隙埋弧焊焊接新工艺。该工艺采用埋弧焊方法,将焊接坡口改为大钝边无间隙X形坡口,取消了传统制管焊接工艺中的STT封底焊工序和碳弧气刨作业,从而减少了焊接工序,节约了焊材用量,显著地提高了焊接效率。试验评价结果表明,应用新工艺,焊缝尺寸满足工程要求,焊缝机械性能均符合相关标准要求。
Aiming to overcome the drawbacks of many operation steps, large consumption of welding material, big noise and low efficiency existing in the conventional welding process of manufacturing pipes for offshore jacket platform, a new welding process is developed by employing the submerged arc welding method, in which process the welding groove thus formed is X-shaped with a large root face and no root opening, and STT root welding (sealing run) and carbon arc air gouging procedures are eliminated, thus reducing the welding procedures, minimizing the consumption of welding material and improving the welding efficiency greatly. The experimental evaluation result shows that the welded seam obtained by the new welding process meets the engineering requirements and the mechanical properties of the welded seam all fully comply with the relevant standards.
