摘要 介绍了我国首批国产750 kV断路器在现场发生的2起典型绝缘拉杆故障,对故障原因进行了分析,确定由于拉杆绝缘部分不同材料层间粘接工艺控制问题,造成内部电弧放电击穿,导致拉杆绝缘破坏。针对以上情况提出了改进工艺和增加对绝缘拉杆的局部放电和机械性能试验等措施。 This paper introduced two typical accidents about insulation pull arms in the first batch 750 kV circuit breaks made in China, and analyzed the cause of faults. This paper confirms that the caster mater between different types of insulate materials is the main reason for internal arc discharge breakdown, which leads to insulation malfunction for pull arms. Based on the above situation, this paper proposes some suggestions, including improving process, adding the tests of partial discharge and mechanical performance for insulation pull arm., etc.
