摘要
目的探讨带血管蒂尺神经松解前置术治疗肘管综合征的临床疗效。方法行带血管蒂的尺神经显微松解前置术治疗23例中重度肘管综合征,术后观察其效果。结果19例临床症状全部消失,功能恢复正常;3例感觉功能完全恢复,运动功能大部恢复。1例感觉功能完全恢复,运动功能无改善。结论带血管蒂尺神经松解前置术是治疗肘管综合征一种较好的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating cubital tunnel syndrome（CuTs） by decompression and anterior transposition of the vascularized ulnaris nerve. Methods Twenty - three cases with CuTs were treated by means of decompression and anterior transposition of the ulnaris nerve, and the curative effects were observed after the operation. Results The clinical symptoms disappeared completely and the function was restored in 19 cases. The sensory function was fully restored and motor function partially recovered in 3 cases. The sensory function was fully re stored and motor function unchanged in 1 cases. Conclusions Decompression and anterior transposition with blood supply of the ulnaris nerve is an preferable method for treatment of CuTs.
