经动脉应用复方丹参、川芎嗪组方治疗成人股骨头缺血坏死的疗效评价

The appreciation on therapeutic effect of complex prescription salvia miltiorrhiza injection and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection for treating adult avascular necrosis of femoral head applying artery perfusion

目的评价复方丹参、川芎嗪组方经动脉给药治疗成人股骨头缺血坏死的疗效,随访观察治愈过程股骨头的影像变化。方法对68例经临床及影像学确诊为成人股骨头缺血坏死的患者,应用复方丹参、川芎嗪等组方介入治疗,经1-7年的随访,观察股骨头坏死区的影像变化并评价治愈标准。结果应用后患者疼痛症状减轻或消失,关节活动及行走有明显的改善,影像学表现为股骨头供血动脉分支增多、增粗,部分血管溶通;股骨头骨质破坏区边缘由模糊变清晰、硬化,破坏区内出现不规则的硬化至整个坏死区硬化,再出现骨质吸收,骨小梁塑型,呈现应力近正常骨纹理。结论复方丹参、川芎嗪等组方介入治疗成人股骨头缺血坏死疗效确切,经随访股骨头破坏区完全修复需5～7年。

Objective To evaluate curative effect by observing the change of the femoral head imaging during the treating process. Methods 68 cases of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head proved by clinic and radiological examination were given interventional treatment using Complex Prescription Salvia Mihiorrhiza Injection and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection through artery perfusion ; estimate the curing standard by following up the change of the imaging for 1 - 7 years. Results The patients pain almost disappeared ; the motion of the joint and the walking distance obviously improved; the branches of femoral head feeding artery increases and become wider; the edges of bone destruction area become clearer and irregular sclerotization appeared. Then all the bone destruction areas were sclerotized. At last the sclerotized bone was ingested, the bone trabeculaes were almost shaped in to normal bone line. Conclusions The curative effect of Complex Prescription Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection to adult Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head proved effective. Five or seven years were needed to totally repair the section of bone destruction.
