摘要
为了抑制PWM驱动电机系统中的高频共模电压和轴电压,提出一种无源滤波器拓扑结构。通过对传导干扰传播途径的分析,设计滤波器拓扑结构及其参数。该滤波器包括了一个共模滤波器和一个差模滤波器,连接在PWM逆变器的输出侧及整流器的输入侧,共模滤波器分别消除逆变器输出侧与电机之间的共模电压及整流器交流侧的共模电压,差模滤波器消除三相线和线之间的高频差模电压及衰减电机终端出现的过电压。实验结果表明本文提出的方法有效地抑制了共模电压和轴电压,并且使系统的传导干扰发射在整个频段内均不超标,验证了所提出无源滤波器拓扑结构的正确性及参数选择的有效性。
A passive filter topology is proposed for suppressing common mode voltage and shaft voltage of PWM driving motor system. Through analyzing the propagating route of conducted electromagnetic interference(EMI), the filter topology included two common mode filters and a differential mode filter was placed between the output of PWM inverter and the input of rectifier. Two common mode filters are used to suppress common mode voltage in output of inverter and input of rectifier respectively. The differential mode filter was for suppressing the differential mode voltage between lines and over voltage caused by long cable. Experiment results indicate that the common mode voltage and shaft voltage are suppressed and it is complied with electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) standard in the whole conducted interference frequency band, proving that the design of topology and parameters are reasonable.
