关于促进我国农村劳动力转移的探讨

随着经济社会的发展,中国农村就业结构发生了积极的变化,非农就业比重不断上升,今后几年农村转移新增劳动力仍将大幅上升,农村就业问题成为解决"三农"问题的关键。提高农业生产率、重视产业转移与承接、加快城市化进程政策扶持、构建城乡统一的劳动力市场体系是解决农村劳动力转移的根本途径。
