摘要
介绍了ANSYS软件用于水轮发电机双托盘支撑推力轴承的热传导和热弹变形计算的方法。薄瓦和托瓦接合面为三维等效热传导单元和三维接触单元。巴氏合金瓦推力轴承的瓦面为较小的凸变形,塑料瓦推力轴承的瓦面为凹变形。
This paper presents a method for calculating heat conduction and thermo-elastic deformation of double-disk supported thrust bearing by means of ANSYS program. The three-dimension contact element and the three-dimension equivalent heat conduction element is located in space between sliding layer and load-carrying layer. The surface of sliding layer of thrust beating with Babbitt layer is smaller convex. The surface of sliding layer of thrust bearing with Teflon layer is concave.
