摘要 研究基于电感法面装式集中绕组稀土永磁无刷电动机转子初始位置的确定方法。介绍了电感法的基本原理,在此基础上分别讨论了定子一相和二相通电时转子磁极极性的确定方法,最后以6极、9槽三相六状态无刷电动机为例分析了不同转子平衡位置与电流变化率的大小关系。 In this paper,a novel method of detecting rotor initial position of the PM brushless DC motor based on inductance method was studied. First, the basic principle of inductance method was introduced;and then, how to determine the rotor initial position was discussed by single phase and double ones electrifying respectively ; finally, an example of a 6 -pole,9-slot brushless DC motor was analyzed to show the relations between locations of rotor and the current rate of change.
