摘要 利用DSP TMS320F2812开发了既能满足多台电机控制需求,又能对电机运行状态进行实时监测,且通过CAN总线进行分布式控制和数据共享的系统。系统使用磁场定向控制算法通过DSP的PWM输出对电机进行电流矢量控制,使用过采样算法通过DSP片上集成ADC模块及其前端预处理电路对电机的振动信号进行高精度的数据采集,并利用DSP的高性能CPU对振动数据进行在线数字滤波和时频域简单预处理,通过CAN总线发送上位机控制命令并上传状态数据。系统实现了对多台电机的控制和在线状态监测,并为远程故障诊断打下了坚实的基础。 A system which can meet the control requirement of several motors, also make the real-time monitoring for the working condition of motor, and can perform distributed control, data sharing through CAN bus is designed. The system use the magnetic field oriented control algorithm to perform current vector control for the motor by PWM output signals, and use the over-sampling algorithm to obtain high precision vibration signal acquisition of the motor by the ADC part on the DSP chip and front pretreatment circuit, also take on-line digital filtering and time-frequency domain simple pretreatment of the vibration signal by the high. performance CPU on DSP, then send PC control order and upload condition data by the CAN bus. The system realizes the control and online motor control and condition monitoring, and laid a solid foundation for the remote fault diagnosis.
