论企业信息化建设中的业务流程重构问题

Research on Business Process Reengineering in the Process of Enterprise Informatization

本文分析了当前企业信息化建设的现状及其面临的问题,提出了信息化建设和推进的过程中配合实施企业业务流程重构的必要性。并在此基础上,从思想观念、效果评价机制以及组织保障等方面具体阐明了信息化建设过程中业务流程重构的具体原则和措施。最后还描述了重构后企业业务流程的新特征。

This article analyzed the status and some problems during the current enterprise informatization. And then, the authors insist that in order to fully tap the enormous advantage and potential of information technology and to significantly improving the enterprises＇efficiency and effectiveness, enterprise informatization and Business Process Reengineering must be carried on as the same time. On the basis of which, some constructive advices dealing with Business Process Reengineering are provided. And at last, some new features of the business are described.
