超高度近视行准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术治疗远期疗效观察 被引量:1

Long-term effect of laser subepithelial keratomileusis in the treatment of super-high myopia

摘要 目的探讨准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)治疗超高度近视(≥-10.00D)的远期效果。方法收集2003年12月~2006年1月在我院行LASEK的超高度近视患者83例151只眼,观察25~49个月,平均(35.34±6.45)月;术前裸眼视力0.01~0.1,平均0.053±0.025,最佳矫正视力0.5~1.2;平均0.998±0.145,术前屈光度-10.00^-14.50D,平均(-11.01±1.19)D。结果术后25~49个月回访,裸眼视力0.2~1.5,平均1.01±0.26,≥1.0者120眼占79.47%,≥0.6者142眼占94.04%,haze 6眼,0.5级5眼,1级1眼。结论LASEK治疗超高度近视的远期疗效安全可靠,疗效稳定,并发症少,是治疗超高度近视较好的术式之一。 Objective To evaluate the long-term effect of laser subepithelial keratomileusis(LASEK) for super-high myopia( ≥- 10.00 D). Methods Eighty-three cases (151 eyes)of super-high myopia who had been treated with LASEK in our hospital from December 2003 to January 2006 were followed up from 25 to 49 months (mean 35.34 ± 6.45 months). Before the operations, visual acuity, the best corrected visual acuity, and diopter was 0.01-0.1 ( mean 0. 053 ±0.025), 0.5-1.2(mean 0. 098± 0. 145), and - 10.00 - - 14.50D(mean - 11. 01 ± 1.19D), respectively. Results After the operations, visual acuity was 0.2-1.5 (mean 1.01 ± 0.26), and was 1.0 or better in 120 eyes (79.47%), and 0.6 or better in 142 eyes (94.04%). In addition, 5 eyes had a 0.5-level Haze and 1 eye had a 1-level Haze. Conclusion LASEK is an effective and good method to correct super-high myopia and is stable and safe with satisfactory visual acuity and less complication.
