摘要
结合1台600MW机组直接空冷系统空冷凝汽器的验收试验,对试验测点布置及试验实施要点进行了阐述,并对影响试验结果准确性的关键因素进行了分析。根据德国VGB公司的导则和DL/T525—1995规程对试验结果进行了计算,并对2种计算结果进行了分析;对各项测量参数对试验结果不确定度的影响进行了计算,并对今后空冷凝汽器的性能验收试验提出了建议。
Based on acceptance test of ACC on a 600 MW unit, test point arrangement and requirements for testing were described. And analysis was made on key factors that influence the accuracy of test resuits. Calculations were made according to VGB guidelines and Chinese DL/T525 - 1995 regulations, and comparisons were conducted for these two results. Finally, the quantitative influence of various measurements on the uncertainty of test results was calculated and recommendations were given to future ACC. acceptance test.
