摘要
某核电站凝结水处理系统投运后导致蒸汽发生器液相中SO4浓度升高,为此,分析了凝结水处理系统存在的诸多问题,如树脂混合、树脂分离及树脂扰动等。通过在混床内增加二次混合设备,采用先进的高塔分离法,设计均匀的布水装置,选用优质的离子交换树脂等措施,将使问题得到解决。
In a nuclear power station, after the condensed water treating system was put into operation, the concentration of SO4^2- in liquid phase in the steam generator increased. For solving this problem, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the condensed water treating system, such as resin mixing, resin separating,and resin disturbing. By adding secondary mixing device in mixing bed and adopting the advanced high -tower separation method, designing well -proportioned condensate distribution device, and choosing ion exchange resin of high quality, this problem is solved.
