摘要
在对国华锦界能源有限公司1号亚临界600MW空冷机组给水泵大联锁控制逻辑的优化过程中,展示了3台互为备用且均能从A段或B段母线起动电动给水泵的大联锁控制逻辑设计核心。57%ECR负荷下单给水泵运行单给水泵备用的大联锁试验和100%ECR负荷下双给水泵运行单给水泵备用的大联锁试验结果表明,优化后的控制逻辑设计合理、正确。
This paper presents an optimization of the interlock logic control of No. 1 600 MW subcritical air - cool unit of Guohua Jinjie Energy CO. ,Ltd. The interlock logic design core it revealed has a control of three feed water pumps that are standby for one another and can all be started up from section A or B of the bus - bar. Tests on the electric pump interlock were conducted under the different conditions,one is with one pump in operation while the other was standby under 59%load,and the other is that two pumps were in operation while one pump is standby under 100 % load. The test results have proved that the logic design after optimization is rational and correct.
