摘要
文章利用改进粒子群优化算法对二冷区各段的水量进行优化,优化之后的二冷制度使铸坯各段表面温度冷却速率和温度回升速率趋于平缓,达到提高铸坯质量、降低冷却水量的目的。
The secondary cooling water was optimized by applying the IPSO. The rise and drop rate of slab surface temperature become flat under the optimized secondary rule. The purposes of improving the quality of slag and reducing the volume of cooling water are achieved.
