摘要
利用数值模拟技术,对一座采用高速烧嘴的台车式退火炉的炉温均匀性进行了数学模型实验。研究得出的模型适合退火炉的设计分析,并表明合理选择烧嘴尺寸和数量可以有效解决炉温均匀性、减少投资,达到优化设计的目的。
By using numerical simulation technology, the mathematical model experimental was researched to study about furnace temperature uniformity of a ear-bottom annealing furnace with high burners. The model is fit for the annealing furnace design, and shows that a reasonable choice of size and the number of burners can effectively resolve the furnace temperature uniformity, and can reduce the investment, optimize the design.
