一点穿刺双向给药与双段硬膜外麻醉用于子宫切除术的比较

摘要
本文就８８例子宫切除术，一点穿刺双向给药与传统两点硬膜外置管麻醉方法对照比较，显示出一点穿刺双向给药在子宫切除术中，对骶神经阻滞较为完善，能充分满足术者对肌肉松弛的要求。
