摘要
以高钙镁钙砂为原料,制做高钙镁钙砖,研究高钙镁钙砖制备,检测分析制品的常温耐压强度、热震稳定性及抗渣性。结果表明:对于不同CaO含量的镁钙砖而言,CaO含量的增加会降低常温耐压强度,随着CaO含量的提高,镁钙砖的热震稳定性增加;CaO含量为40%、50%、60%的高钙镁钙砖都具有良好的抗渣侵性能,CaO含量越高,抗侵蚀效果越好。
Take synthetic MgO - CaO clinker as the raw material to prepare the MgO - CaO refractory, and check its cold crushing strength, shock resistance and corrosion resistance. Results indicated that cold crushing strength of the MgO - CaO bricks can reduce with increasing CaO content. The more CaO content, the higher shock resistance of MgO - CaO bricks. When the CaO content is 40% , 50% and 60%, the effect of MgO - CaO bricks in corrosion resistance are better. The more CaO content, the higher corrosion resistance.
