组织多普勒和脉冲多普勒超声心动图测定2型糖尿病左心室Tei指数的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价组织多普勒与脉冲多普勒2种方法所测左室Tei指数的相关性,探讨Tei指数在评价2型糖尿病患者左心功能中的应用价值。方法:对80例2型糖尿病患者(伴和不伴并发症各40例)和40例健康体检者,分别采用组织多普勒与脉冲多普勒超声心动图测量左心功能Tei指数。结果:组织多普勒超声心动图测量Tei指数为(0.61±0.25),脉冲多普勒超声心动图测量Tei指数为(0.63±0.26),两者具有良好的相关性(r=0.81,P<0.01);糖尿病各组的Tei指数与正常对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:组织多普勒与脉冲多普勒2种方法所测左室Tei指数在2型糖尿病患者左心室功能评价中均具有临床应用价值。 Objective: To evaluate the correlation of the Tel index measured respectively by pulse Doppler and tissue Doppler echocardiography and investigate the clinical value of Tel index in assessing the left ventricular function of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (40 patients with syndrome and 40 patients without syndrome) and 40 healthy adults as control subjects were enrolled in the study. The Tel index was obtained respectively by pulse Doppler and tissue Doppler eehocardiography. Results: The value of Tel index by tissue Doppler was (0.61±0.25) and Tel index by pulse Doppler was (0.63±0.26). They were significantly related (r=0.81, P〈0.01). There was significant difference in the Tel index between each group in type 2 diabetes mellitus group and normal control group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion: The Tel index obtained by tissue Doppler echocardiography has clinical value in assessing the left ventricular function of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus as same as that by pulse Doppler echocardiography.
