Model for Motivation-Guided Labor Force Transfer in County Region

本文通过对县域进城务工人员进行问卷调查,在分析调查数据基础上,研究了影响劳动力转移的主观动机,总结出"动机导向属性"的劳动力转移模型,为西部县域农村劳动力转移和城乡统筹工作提供了一些新的参考依据。

Based on the analysis of the questionnaires about the labor force transfer from counties, this article studies the factors influencing subjective motivation and summarizes a mode of labor force transfer guided by motivation, providing a reference for the labor force transfer in western areas, as well as for the coordinated development of the urban and rural areas.
