Children adenoidectomy through nose-mouth under nasal endoscope

目的:探讨鼻内窥镜用于腺样体切除术的临床效果。方法:在鼻内窥镜下经口、经鼻视频监视下用电动切割器行腺样体切除术31例,术后随访6～24个月,了解治疗效果。结果:所有患儿临床症状消失或减轻,鼻咽部黏膜光滑,无腺样体残留,无复发,无并发症出现。结论:该手术方法操作简单,视野清楚,损伤轻,出血少,并发症少,治愈率高。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of adenoidectomy guided by nasal endoscope. Methods： 31 cases with children adenoid hypertrophy were treated by transnasal endoscopic adenoidectomy through nose-mouth with an electric cutters under the TV monitor and follow up 6-24 months. Results： All children with clinical symptoms disappeared or reduced, nasopharyngeal mucosa smooth, non-residual adenoids, no recurrence, no complications arise. Conclusions：The method of children adenoidectomy through nose mouth under nasal endoscope was simple,clear vision, light damage, less bleeding, with fewer complications and high cure rate.
