大学生消费维权意识与中国法制化进程

作为时尚品、电子、影像、培训和文化体育等产品和服务的主要消费群体,大学生具有强大的消费潜力,在他们中间也形成了一个庞大的消费市场,因而大学生消费越来越多地成为人们关注的焦点话题。我国大学生当前的消费观、维权意识与时代对他们提出的标准和要求之间还存在一定的距离,为此,我们理应从乏力的权利义务关系和和谐的关系入手,从法治化内涵和公民权益意识与我国法治化进程角度,阐释大学生维权意识的提升必将对我国法治化进程产生不可估量的影响。

As the main consumer group for the fashionable goods, electronic products, audio-visual tapes, ＇.raining and cultural-sports products and services, college students show their great potential power for consumption. They have created an enormous consumption market. Hence, the college students＇consumption has become more and more attractive to the public. There are certain gaps between the Chinese college students＇consumption conception, with the une and fight protection and the standard that the society, demands of them. Therefore, we should start ngaged and harmonious relationship of the fight and obligation, and from the aspect of legislation connotation, the notion of civilians＇right as well as the process of legislation in China to explain that the improvernent of the notion of college students＂ fight protection will yield considerable influence on the process of legislation in our country.
