大学和谐文化,是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分。创建和谐文化,构建和谐校园,是大学文化建设的重要内容。本文坚持以科学发展观为指导,紧密结合学校实际,以和谐校园为思想内涵,以和谐文化为表现方式,将学校的核心价值、大学精神、制度建设、校园文化、舆论宣传融为一体,对创建和谐文化,构建和谐校园进行总体的感受、认识、评价、研究和总结,以实现大学和谐目标的价值追求,提升大学和谐文化精神、境界、品位,推进大学和谐文化建设,努力构建和谐校园,推动高水平大学建设。

Harmonious culture on university campus is an important part of advanced socialist culture. The construction of harmonious culture and harmonious campus is the main content of the construction of culture in the university. Adhering to the Theory of Scientific Development, linking tightly the reality of the university life, taking the harmonious campus as the essence of thinking and the harmonious culture as the way of representation, this paper combines the core value, college spirit, system construction, campus culture and wide-spreading propaganda into one, and focuses on the perception, understanding, assessment, research and summing-up of the issue about the construction of harmonious culture and harmonious campus, with the purpose to realize the value pursuit in building harmonious college, to advance the spirit, the essence, and the quality of college harmonious culture, to promote the construction of college harmonious culture, so as to build harmonious campus and to promote the construction of high-level university.
