摘要
通过将亚历山大的行动理论贯穿到对新教师与学生、同事的交往互动中,以及进行的教学活动中的分析,来深入理解这一理论中关于行动者的行动具有解释性和策略性,以及与环境系统的相互作用。
Being applied to the new teacher-student interaction and new teacher-colleague interaction, and analyzing teaching activities, the issue about the hermeneutic and strategic natures of the actor's actions in Alexander theory of social action and their interaction with the environmental system will be better understood.
