褪黑素在癫痫发病过程中的作用机制研究

摘要 褪黑素(melatonin,MT)具有广泛的生物学作用。通过文献资料分析可知,MT在抗惊厥?抑制癫痫发作时,可以通过调节神经递质活性?清除自由基?增强机体免疫力?促进睡眠等方面发挥作用。 Melatonin( MT)has a wide range of biological effects. We can see through literature analysis that MT can be effectively used for the treatment of convulsion and epilepsy, by regulating the neurotransmitter activity, clearing free radical, enhancing body immunity, promoting sleep, etc.
