摘要
基于光学原理设计了一种非接触式光纤法-珀声发射传感系统,建立非接触式光纤法-珀声发射实验装置,用于刀具的健康监测。实验结果表明,该传感器制作简单,加工成本低,安装容易,能有效实现刀具健康状态的非接触式监测。
Based on principle of light, an optical fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer is designed. Then the contactless type acoustic emission experimental devices of optical fiber Fabry-Perot are established, using for the tool' s health monitoring. The experimental results show the sensor machining simply, have low cost and easy installation. And it can realize contactless monitor on the tool' s health state efficiently.
