摘要
针对整体叶轮的特点,考虑控制叶轮加工变形因素以及叶轮生产的成本、效率、质量问题,提出了基于遗传算法的高速铣削加工工艺参数的多目标优化方案,建立了以保证加工质量的前提下,实现最高生产率、最低加工成本为目标的多目标函数,设定变量,并界定和总结出各类约束条件。最后运用遗传算法进行matlab编程,计算出优化的切削参数。
Considering the characteristic of integrated impeller and the feature of HSC Objective Optimization of the integrated impeller HSM processing based on , this paper gives the MultiGenetic Algorithm. Then the optimized cutting parameters are given. Finally, optimized cutting parameters are applied in the machining of integrated impeller to obtained better machining quality, the lower cutting cost and the shorter cutting time.
