兔急性脑梗死可逆/不可逆性损伤区的相对脑血流容积

Study on the the relative cerebral blood volume of reversibly and irreversibly damaged region in acute cerebral infarction in the rabbit

摘要 【目的】观察急性脑梗死可逆/不可逆性损伤区(RDR/IDR)的相对脑血流容积(rCBV)及其演变规律,探讨rCBV界定RDR/IDR的价值。【方法】健康家兔40只,其中35只行大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)术,术后按0.5、1、3、6、9、12和24h时间点分组,每组5只;对照组5只。使用GEsigna Highspeed MR/i1.5T超导MRI仪,完成弥散加权成像及灌注加权成像检查,测定RDR、IDR及其镜像区的rCBV及RDR、IDR的局部相对脑血流容积(rrCBV)值。统计分析使用配对t检验。【结果】在MCAO后0.5~24h,IDR的rCBV值均低于镜像区(p<0.05);RDR的rCBV值,在MCAO后0.5~9h,与镜像区相比有显著性差异(P>0.05)。在MCAO后各时间点,IDR的rrCBV及与RDR比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。【结论】rCBV及rrCBV的定量检测可作为界定急性脑梗塞IDR和RDR的可靠指标。 [ Objective] To investigate the process of relative cerebral blood volume (rCBV) of reversibly / irreversibly damaged region (RDR/IDR) in acute cerebral infarction and explore its value in defining the RDR/IDR. [Methods] A total of 40 rabbits were used in the experiinent, 35 of them after middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) were divived into 7 groups by time 0.5 h, 1 h, 3 h, 6h, 9h, 12hand24h (n= 5) each; and control group (n = 5). The diffusion- weighted imaging and perfusion - weighted imaging were performed with GE Signa Highspeed MR/i 1.5T superconductive MRI system, and accepted the rCBV value in R.DR , IDR. and their mirror region and the regional relative cerebral blood volume (rrCBV) in the RDR and IDR .was used for Statistical analysis paired t-test. [Results] After MCAO for 0.5 to 24 hours, the rGBV values in the IDR were below the mirror region ( P 〈 0.05) ; the rCBV values in the RDR in the 0.5 to 9 h after MCAO, were significant difference ( P 〉 0.05). compared with the mirror region , At each time point after MCAO, the rrCBV in the [DR , there was a significant difference ( P 〈0.01) compared with the RDR. [Condusions] rCBV and rrCBV can be used as a reliable indicator for defining the RDR/ IDR in infarct region.
