Survivin在甲状腺癌中的表达及临床意义

The express and clinical significance of Survivin in thyroid cancer

【目的】检测Survivin在甲状腺癌中的表达,旨在探讨其在甲状腺癌发生发展中的作用。【方法】甲状腺癌患者59例。其中单纯甲状腺癌患者为27例,伴有转移有32例。另取腺瘤旁经病理证实的正常甲状腺组织标本8例为正常对照。应用流式细胞学方法测定其表达蛋白含量。【结果】在正常甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞、单纯甲状腺癌细胞、伴有转移的甲状腺癌细胞Survivin的FI平均值分别为1.000±0.1645、1.060±0.3430和1.135±0.2355,对三者进行单因素方差分析,三者之间有显著性差异。两两之间,均存在着明显差异,且伴有转移的甲状腺癌细胞的Survivin的含量最高,单纯甲状腺癌细胞的Survivin的含量次之。【结论】Survivin在正常组织及发生癌变组织的表达含量确实有明显差异。随着癌变恶性程度的增加,Survivin的含量也出现了规律的变化,即恶性程度越高,含量越高。在甲状腺癌中,随着恶性程度的升高,Survinvin基因治疗肿瘤的疗效可能越好。

[ Objective] To detect the express of Survivin in thyroid cancer with the flow technology, and to debate the effect of Survivin in development of thyroid cancer. [ Methods] There were 59 thyroid cancer patient and were confirmed with Patholog. All of them didn＇ t accept chemotherapy before operation. The normal comparison group was conducted 8 organizations of lateroadenoid tumor which were confirmed normal thyroid organization. [Results] FI average value of Survivin is 1. 000 ± 0. 1645 in 8 normal follicular epithelial cells. FI average value of Survivin is 1. 000 ± 0. 1645 in simple thyroid cancer cells, and its masculine rate is 29. 63%. FI average value of Survivin is 1. 135 ± 0. 2355 in thyroid cancer cells accompanying transfering, and its masculine rate is 65. 63%. There is significant difference in three groups by one-way ANOVA （F=7. 413, P=0. 001）. There is significant difference between arbitrarily two groups by LSD - t. And the content of Survivin in thyroid cancer cell accompanying transferring is most. And its of Survivin in simple thyroid cancer cell is more. [ Conclusions] There is significant difference between normal group and accompanying transferring group. Accompanying increasing of canceration level, the content of Survivin is more and more. There is regular change that content is more and cancelation level is higher. To conclude tumor vi- cious level by to determine content of Survivin. Another scholar presumes Survivin gene is target genc of treating tumor.
