摘要
采用Mg和K两种金属对γ-Al_2O_3载体进行改性,对不同催化剂的比表面积、孔容、孔径和表面酸度等进行表征,发现K对载体的孔结构进行了不同程度的修饰,且对硫化物及烯烃的吸附具有更强的选择性。红外谱图显示,金属K改性可以显著降低载体酸性中心,尤其是L酸的强度并增加碱性中心数量。对几种催化剂的评价结果表明,适量金属K的加入,可以明显提高加氢处理的选择性。
Two metals were used for modification of γ-Al2O3 carrier,which was then characterized for its surface area, pore volume, pore diameter and the acidity. The results showed that potassium had some modifying effects on pore structure of the carrier and resulted in better selectivity to adsorption of sulfides and olefins. IR spectra indicated that potassium remarkably lowered acidity of the acidic sites, especially the Lewis acid sites, and increased the amount of basic sites. The test results showed that appropriate amount of K evidently enhanced selectivity of the catalysts to hydrodesulfication(HDS).
