摘要
从扩散趋势、产业结构调整、土地与劳动力资源、生产成本、政策等方面分析珠三角企业外迁的主要原因。企业在迁移过程中还需要考虑各种外部环境因素和成本因素,以平衡企业迁移的利弊。在迁移过程中,企业与政府分别主导了两种不同的迁移路径,文中最后比较了这两种路径在信息、政策、风险等方面的差异。
Owing to various factors, enterprises of the Pearl River Delta show "going out" phenomenon in the recent years. The corporate relocation in the Pearl River Delta by the methods of theoretical exploration, documentation, reference, surveys and data statistics is analyzed from the aspects of the enterprise migration reasons, influencing factors and path selection. The aims are to explore the relationship between the corporate relocation of the Pearl River Delta and the new industrial agglomeration in underdeveloped areas of its periphery. The results indicate that the main reasons for enterprise transfer include the pervasion trend, the modulation of industrial structure, the land and labor resources, production costs and policy etc. In the process of the migration, enterprises also need to consider a variety of external environmental factors and the cost factors in order to balance the pros and cons of corporate relocation. During the migration process, enterprises and the government lead to the two different migration paths. The differences with the two paths are compared from the information, policies, risks etc. Finally, the importance of the government's policy support and the path's guidance in the process of the enterprise migration are discussed.
