广东梅州地区建设用地变化及其驱动力研究

Changes and Driving Forces of Construction Lands in Meizhou City of Guangdong Province

利用梅州市1996―2007年土地利用变更调查统计数据,对梅州市建设用地变化特征进行分析,应用主成分分析法DPS软件探讨建设用地增长的驱动机制。研究结果表明:梅州市建设用地总体呈逐年上升趋势,建设用地结构增长与空间差异显著,其中交通运输用地增长最快,居民点及独立工矿用地增长次之,水利设施用地出现负增长。兴宁市建设用地相对变化率最大,为2.21;梅县和丰顺县建设用地相对变化率>1;蕉岭、大埔、梅江区、五华及平远县建设用地相对变化率<1;梅州市建设用地变化驱动力主要为经济发展、基础设施建设、人口增长与城镇化进程三大推进因子。同时,对梅州市建设用地驱动因子提出相应的调控措施与建议。

Land-use change survey data of Meizhou City from 1996 to 2007 is studied in this paper, characteristics of changes of its construction lands are analyzed by using Principal Component Analysis method of DPS software package to inquire the growth-driven mechanism of construction lands. The results show that： the overall change of construction lands in Meizhou City showed an upward trend year by year, and both structures and spatial differences of the construction lands varied distinctively. Among the lands, the amount of transportation lands grew fastest, the amount of lands for settlements and independent mines grew less fast than the former, and the amount of lands for water conservancy facilities grew in a negative rate comparatively. As to the relative change rates of construction lands, the largest one is that of Xingning county. It is 2.21. The two of Meixian county and Fengshun county are larger than 1. The ones of Jiaoling, Dabu, Meijiang District, Pingyuan, and Wuhua are less than 1. The three main driving forces forchange of construction lands in Meizhou City are economic development, infrastruc- ture construction, population growth and urbanization. Moreover, this paper suggests some corresponding control measures and proposals for the driving factors of construction lands in Meizhou City.
