Through thorough investigation of the main factors influencing the election of Hui Jamaat and analysis of the path through which the relation among members and authority network are constructed after the establishment of Jamaat and its influence,this paper studies the impact of the social structure of Jamaat upon the election and establishment of the mosque management committee of Jamaat,reveals the refactoring effect of the accidental consequences of Jamaat member's action on social structure of Jamaat and makes a detailed analysis of the election in Hui Jamaat from a dynamic perspective.
