摘要
软起动器是电机软起动控制的核心,电机软起动时,通过软起动控制器控制功率变换单元,进而改变电机与可变电抗器之间的阻抗比例关系,实现调压,从而达到软起动的目的。文中采用单片机设计电机软起动控制器,实现了智能控制,取得了较好的起动效果。经过试验表明,采用该软起动控制器时可以有效地减小电动机的起动电流,从而达到保护电机和设备的目的,表明该软起动器在电机起动过程中具有良好的起动效果。
The controller is the core of soft-start motor control. When the motor starts, the soft-start controller controls the power conversion unit, then the impedance ratio between motor and variable reactor is changed and the voltage is regulated. So the purpose of soft start is achieved. In this paper, the soft-start motor controller is designed by single chip micyoco and intelligent control is realized. The experiment results show that this controller can effectively reduce the motor starting current. So it can protect the motor and equipments. It is verified that this controller has a good start performance.
