摘要
目的:比较线性全口义齿与传统解剖式全口义齿的咀嚼效能。方法:选择15例牙槽嵴吸收严重的无牙颌患者,为每位患者制作传统的解剖式和线性两副全口义齿,3个月后更换使用。每副义齿于戴用3个月时检测其咀嚼效率并记录相应的咀嚼次数及所用时间。结果:与解剖式全口义齿比较,线性全口义齿的咀嚼周期较短(P<0.01);咀嚼至吞咽前的所用时间较长(P<0.05)、咀嚼次数明显增多(P<0.01);咀嚼30s及咀嚼至吞咽前的咀嚼效率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种型全口义齿使用3个月时,线性全口义齿的固位稳定和舒适度的满意率明显高于解剖式全口义齿(P<0.01)。结论:对牙槽嵴吸收严重的无牙颌患者,应用线性全口义齿可以取得较好的治疗效果。
Objective:To compare the masticatory efficiency between linear and anatomic occlusion complete denture.Methods:Fifteen edentulous patients with severe resorption of residual ridge were treated with two kinds of occlusion complete dentures mentioned above,and assessed masticatory efficiency after wearing for three months.Result:Linear occlusal denture was similar in masticatory efficiency to the anatomic occlusion denture(P〉0.05),but was statistically significant in increasing the masticatory strokes and times before swallowing(P〈0.01).Comparing with anatomic occlusion denture,comfort and stability of linear occlusion denture were significantly improved after wearing for three months (P〈0.01).Conclusion:Linear occlusion complete denture can be used to improve the clinical effect of edentulous patients with severe resorption of residual ridge.
