干细胞候选基因ABCG2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨干细胞候选基因ABCG2在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:用RT-PCR方法检测8例正常肺组织和48例非小细胞肺癌术后标本中ABCG2基因的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系和对预后的影响。结果:ABCG2基因在8例正常肺组织中全部呈阳性表达,48例肺癌组织中22例呈阳性表达,表达率为45.8%(22/48),二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);ABCG2的表达在非小细胞肺癌各种临床病理特征中的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);AB-CG2(+)组生存期短于ABCG2(-)组(P<0.05);ABCG2(+)组生存期有短于全组的趋势,ABCG2(-)组生存期有长于全组的趋势,但差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ABCG2的表达与非小细胞肺癌临床病理特征无关;ABCG2的表达情况是影响患者术后生存期的独立因子,阳性表达者预后较差。
