摘要
用马铃薯渣3种菌发酵蛋白饲料以20%的比例部分替代肉兔日粮,并对肉兔增质量、饲料消耗、兔肉中脂肪质量分数及脏体比等指标进行比较分析.结果表明,20%马铃薯渣3种菌发酵蛋白饲料能使肉兔日增质量提高20.4%,料质量比降低6.5%,兔肉中脂肪质量分数降低0.39%.马铃薯渣3种菌发酵蛋白饲料对肉兔免疫功能无不良影响,饲喂效果优于基础饲料.
The study use 20% potato waste with three fungus fermented feed in place of meat rabbit base daily diets and comparative analyze the put-on-mass, the consumption of feed, the content of fat in meat rabbit and the proportion of internal organs and mass. The result showed that 20% potato waste fermented feed could raise put-on-mass to 20.4%, decrease the proportion of feed-weight to 6.5%, and the content of fat to 0.39%. The feed did not have bad effect on the immune system of meat rabbit. The effect of potato waste with three fungus fermented feed is better than the base feed.
