以青海桥头铝电30万t电解铝240 kA电解槽工程为例,针对影响电解槽寿命的因素,结合工作实践详细阐述了提高铝电电解槽寿命的施工工艺和改进技术,从而有效地提高电解槽寿命,为企业创造显著的经济效益。
Taking the Qinghai bridgehead aluminum electricity 300 000 t electrolytic aluminum 240 kA electrolysing cell project as example, aiming at factors of having influences on the service life of the electrolyzing cell, combining with work practice describes construction technology and improving technology of increasing the service life of the aluminum electrolyzing cell in detail, thus increasing the service life of the electrolyzing cell effectively and creating significant economical benefit.
